Shipping Policy for Bufboys

1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods, processing may take longer.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs
We currently offer one shipping option. That is postnord and the cost is 59kr.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Domestic (Norway): 2-5 business days
• Europe: 3-10 business days
• International: 3-10 business days

Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us at ask.kjensli@gmail.com with your order number. If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

6. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided, Bufboys is not liable for lost packages.
